"Manager" who was operating coffee machine that looked like had been used for making mud pies, too busy talking shift rotas to know what I ordered (and unusually not able to refer to receipt to check as I wasn't given a receipt!).
Staff member inappropriately listening to private conversations and relaying information to others, resulting in "Manager" coming "on the bounce" to tell us how hard a day she had experienced (after shop had been open a full 3 hours!).
We use Costa a lot in and around London and this is not what we have come to expect from this brand. EXTREMELY disappointed with this outlet and we will not be returning.October 26, 2016
